At Taste of St. Croix 2011
We are Thomas and Alisha – chocolate lovers who began chocolate hunting together in New York City in 2007.
When we moved to St. Croix in 2008, we found the pickings slim and began trying recipes of our own. The rich, silky recipe we settled on was the result of over a year of Sunday morning kitchen experiments and taste tests by willing friends.
Once we were satisfied and had adjusted our daily dosages, we realized that other people needed chocolate too! That’s when we began sharing on a bigger scale.
In 2011, our chocolate won 1st Place Dessert in the annual food and wine event Taste of St. Croix.
We are currently located in Southern California.
